On the multiple themes of Biro drawings, return to sender envelopes and pictures from comic books, this one comes from the John Wagner Vertigo graphic novel "A History of Violence", which was later made into a film directed by David Cronenberg.
The original graphic is well suited to Biro drawing as it's black and white and pretty sketchy. Alright it's a messy pallet as far as artwork goes and the plot is fairly unremarkable too, but I promised myself a drawing from each book I read and so be it. This was the best image in the book to use, which perhaps tells you a little about the book and it's artwork
