Mailart 365 has moved

Now that midterms are out of the way (mostly) I can get to work! I haven't quite jumped back on the bandwagon, but I got at least a foot in...

Trying not to fall behind during finals week... eek!

Two go to some friends from high school, and the third will go off to a fellow mail artist in Canada. :) That top one is the result of a talk at our school called "Why NASA Matters." It really is one of the most visible and productive of government programs and it only receives half a penny for every tax dollar in the US. I love the space program and I wish they could get more money. Humans to Mars by 2025!

More fun collages. It is so satisfying to collect lots of odds and ends and finally past them all together. Number 56 has some of my favorite bits, like the men's suit buttons image. :D

And the triumphant return! I fell off the mail art wagon for about three weeks, but I am ready to begin catching up! I should be on number 80, but if I keep up a brisk mail art pace I should catch up soon! (also, who wants more mail art? I need more addresses! <3)

Whoo, I am so far behind. Luckily, I have my spring break to catch up! Eeek! My favorite one of this bunch is the singing dinosaurs. I would imagine that singing dinosaurs can't sing so well, but I can't judge. I'm a bad singer too. :)

A few postcards involving my two loves: music and science! :)

I took another crack at watercolors this week, and also sent off this cheeky white postcard to Ohio. :)

I've got to stop falling behind. Luckily, now that I've got this week out of the way, things shouldn't be too tough for a while. ^^ Also, the new glue stick works great! I was afraid that it would be bad because it was so cheap, but it worked like a charm.

Once again, borrowing images from some old Augustana yearbooks. I could flip through them for hours, wondering about their lives... how weird. The cheerleader doesn't really look that washed out - man, I really need to invest in a scanner.

Had a crazy weekend, but got to send out all new stuff anyway! I used up my big mega gluestick though, so I'll have to go shopping tomorrow. But it was worth it! I got to utilize lots of scraps and pictures that I've been meaning to paste together. ^-^

I recycled a paper CD album and some other stuff I found in my drawer to make this one. The CD wasn't too bad, but the lead singer was way too whiny.
