Last week was my birthday (March 16th) and my husband bought me a very delicious carrot cake from Whole Foods. I used the box the cake came in to make this mail head, plus a page from Michelle Souliere and Chris Wallace's now defunct zine, Bad Cakes. Pastry Chef is heading down to RI to my cousin Lorna, who is quite an excellent chef herself...
