Although I have been involved in the mail art world for some years now, I had yet to take the MailArt 365 plunge until recently. I began numbering and mailing my pieces yesterday, May 28, 2014.
My first piece, 'MAIL ART SUPERMAN' is off to Brazil.
A very simple piece, it is comprised of an inked 4x6 card with a Superman clothing tag stitched atop.
'FLOATING' is a favorite piece of mine. It uses punched circles from Basic Grey packaging. They were attached to a 4x6 piece of inked card stock and then the printed transparency was attached with washi tape.
This one is off to Massachusetts.
