Mailart 365 has moved

Today is National Bloody Mary Day, according to the wonderful Food Holiday website that Sue recommended in the comments on her post about themes. So, here is a bit of the hair of the dog that bit you last night. I've been trolling my Facebook and Twitter pages to see if one of my friends is a deserving recipient for this card, but so far I haven't seen any moaning. It could be that it is too early ... it is only 11 a.m. here.

The Bloody Mary background piece is from a promotional drink coaster for the book Bloody Mary. The author, JA Konrath, had stopped by the bookstore where I worked years ago and signed a bunch of these coasters for the staff while promoting his book, Dirty Martini. I thought it was clever to use drink coasters as a promotional tool for books with a drink theme. I don't like mysteries, so I haven't read Konrath's books, but he seems to be well liked by readers, if not by critics.
