The people that open all the envelopes must be really bored. Why not color them! :)

I love decorating bill envelopes. I picture a dude in an office somewhere, whose job it is to open the envelopes, who is eternally bored. Then one day, a colourful one comes in and it just makes their day better. Maybe they become inspired to create something for the day.
Why save all mailart for mailartists!
