MAIL ART SUPERMAN and FLOATING
Although I have been involved in the mail art world for some years now, I had yet to take the MailArt 365 plunge until recently. I began numbering and mailing my pieces yesterday, May 28, 2014.
My first piece, 'MAIL ART SUPERMAN' is off to Brazil.
A very simple piece, it is comprised of an inked 4x6 card with a Superman clothing tag stitched atop.
'FLOATING' is a favorite piece of mine. It uses punched circles from Basic Grey packaging. They were attached to a 4x6 piece of inked card stock and then the printed transparency was attached with washi tape.
This one is off to Massachusetts.

Day ? {May 19, 2014} Ctrl Alt Del {JannaK}
I fell horribly behind on posting. I've kept making pieces, but instead of uploading them I've been stacking them on my desk, saying "I'll sit down tomorrow and get them posted." Seeing that photographing/scanning and posting has been my biggest hurdle of this entire 365 experience from day 1, that hasn't worked. Instead, I'm going with something more manageable- I'll be posting two a day, one old and one new, or something like that, until I catch up (which I'm thinking will be mid-July ish.)
Anyway, today's piece is called "Ctrl Alt Del", in honor of rebooting my posts! :). I have to go upstairs to get the current number and a piece from the pile. Might not be fixed till tomorrow. ;). Baby steps! :)
