I bought a pack of JUMBO playing cards at my favorite thrift store (that I frequent 2-3 times a day...). They are perfect for postcards. For this one I cut out the center of one card and sewed it to another.

The gals above said it for me.....and you visit your fave thrift 2-3 times a day? That's good - now I don't feel so weird going in every day!

Thanks, all!
Yup, Mabb, I hit the Thrifty Pilgrim at least twice a day. I work upstairs so that's where we all go on our breaks. The problem is sneaking the stuff in the house and finding somewhere to stash it!!.....My husband has "Hoarders" on his speed-dial and keeps threatening....

Hi - sorry it's taken so long to thank you for my 'card' - it's a big one isn't it? Lucky you being so close to a Thrift Shop (we call them Op - for Opportunity - Shops here in Oz) - would love to see some of your sewing too.
