Here is a link about the beer: http://greatbrewers.com/product/moonshot-69 The owner/CEO of the company is going to fight the FDA on the ruling as the major problem seems to be caffeine type Energy drinks that are being mixed with alcohol and or manufactured this way. The major complaint being against Four Loko
