Fabulous meal at Al Farid in Exeter, finished off with mint tea!

Changing weather.  Changing house - empty nest - Pulled a magazine out of recycling and noticed the winter tree. NOT READY for winter but imagined seasons.  Had found the word 'pausa' on the tag of a tea towel I'd bought and then the Rolling Stones' lyrics came into my head. Guido's trees, Stripygoose's 5 emotions, one moment in my life.

It's going to odd not to have her stuff everywhere.

When I was in Maine, this summer, I found an old drawing pad with a drawing from 1989. I scanned it and hand-coloured it in the style of what I seem to be interested in at the moment. Is it a bit conventional?

I am always teased about thinking everything is treasure.  when we went to Orford castle I decided not to listen to the audio guide but to draw things that interested me... very quickly. I was drawn to the display cupboards, briefly and thought how some 11C weights were certianly treasure.
