These six pieces were cut from a large 18x24 inch mixed media background entitled, "Lilac Infusion." I cannot wait to see what the folks do with this background. Some are going with the original idea of using the piece I send in a digital work, others are altering it using collage. Either way works for me, as I enjoy the collaboration no matter the medium.

#97 Salvage Lilac collage doodle

I fished the lilac cardboard kleenex box out of the recycling bin twice and decided it was now or never to cut it into a postcard and make something of it before it disappeared forever.  I used scraps in one of my scrap boxes and dipped into Mim's scraps. I was thinking colour as I worked.
