#149 Out of order alphabet of English things 'V'

Well the last letter was the hardest to find something for and I can't imagine who would want mailart of a generic village sign.  The thing is, village signs really are pretty endemic in England.  'V' is for village sign!  I can feel a abstract phase coming on for March!
