Sent to Biance from Goodnightlittlespoon in Australia. She actually moved after I mailed this package and I'm definitely hoping that it gets forwarded to her because I really feel like she would love that little bike nic-nak.
Birds of Britain I 30 September 2011 (#216)
Friday, September 30, 2011
Background made up of some wrapping paper I had left, Birds of Britain Post & Go stamps are relatively new machine vended stamps from Royal Mail(this first set came out in September 2010)and which are available in collectors packs just like this one. I'd used the stamps at work and the empty pack would otherwise have ended up in the bin so I rescued it to use here and then added a few bird silhouettes just to finish it all off. Must remember to tweet about it too....(groan!!)

Thursday, September 29, 2011It's an envelope. I was putting our Parent Handbook into binders, and had a lot of stickers from the binders (1 inch), so I thought, "Why not weave those things into a woven thing?!", which I did. Then of course, it needed to be part of an envelope made out of an epi-pen emergency action plan (which was mistakenly printed on white paper, not ORANGE, and contains no confidential information, for those of you concerned about HIPAA).
And, it's off to Chile.
Die automatische Briefsortierung 29 September 2011 (#215)
Thursday, September 29, 2011
Taken from an empty/discarded British stamp album page written up in German, the space where the stamps were had plastic mounts which I only partly took off. Then when I went to colour in the squares, the plastic that was left behind gave the effect you see which is rather unusual! Title in English reads "Automatic Letter Sorting", postal connections all round!
Lottery & Train ticket fragments 893 28 September 2011 (#214)
Wednesday, September 28, 2011
After three rather frustrating weeks with unreliable internet/PC I have had the problem professionally fixed(at some cost!) so should make posting up here again the fun it's always been!
I think I may have taken some of my frustration out on these train and lottery tickets then I came across the 893 label and can't remember what it was for so thought I'd add it here - out of frustration has come creation but I do feel much better now it's working properly again!
