I got some awesome mini business cards made on moo.com/, made from the 100 or so mailart pieces I've made so far on my 365 journey.
One of them I decided to integrate into this piece, which was initially meant to be a simple collaged piece, but as I put more on it started to get more and more exciting.
The leaping deer rubber stamp emerging from the antique photo was actually Elenas idea, when she saw that the antique photo had a tree on the edge that was almost a perfect fit for the stamp I wanted to use. I was really pleased with how the coloured background made this rubber stamp more exciting, and as a result of how the deer came out, I added the hiker for balance using the same technique.
