One of my pet peeves is the use of the expression "very unique." Something is either unique, or it isn't. There can't be "very" unique. When I hear journalists say "very unique" on the radio, I want to climb through the radio waves and throttle them.
Jones Soda labels are not unique, but the idea to use consumer photos on the labels is unique. I don't know of any other company, at least in the US, where they go to so much effort to incorporate consumer design into their product. It must be a massive job to collect, sort and acknowledge all the photos they are sent. It's the sort of job I'd love to have.

Yes! On both counts. I've often thought that it is someone's great job to collate all the photos and use them for Jones labels and I totally second your feelings on "very' unique or worse "really" unique. Good on ya, PostMuse!

Nice to see one of those Jones labels in mail art. They're a unique company for sure.

I like. Jones' consumer incorporation technique really makes them feel more personable, like the type of company I would buy and want to support.
