Dr Martin Cheek works for Kew and appeared in Kew Scientist magazine a while ago when Elena worked at Ket Gardens. I feel much more comfortable drawing grisled old folk or men with facial hair and wrinkles than the featureless models in magazines and this man had plenty of features to orient my fineliner
