
Elena asked me to draw her more cute animals to colour as the Leopard was such a blast to colour in in the vibrant colours we have. She is in love with these new Flex markers. I don't really want to do yet another leopard (I'm sure you don't REALLY want to see 150 more leopards right Stripygoose?) so I decided to look elsewhere on the savannah for inspiration.
Any further suggestions of animals with bold colouring patterns gratefully received

150 leaopards is OK with me, but you could go down the insect route. I remember a really nice cockroach you did ages ago and there are some weirdly coloured insects out there...

Cockroaches is a definite no-no for Elena on the colouring front I'm afraid and I doubt very much there are that many insects I can get past her. I may be able to manage butterflies and a few moths if I don't tell her that they're moths, but don't hold your breath for any beetles or 6 legged creatures no matter how colourful. How's the Caribbean?

fish, turtles, monkeys, frogs, lizards, crabs, lots of birds - fantastic! :>)
