Where do these ideas come from? It was my last professional development session for Eastfeast (I think) last night. I hosted a dinner/evaluation session at my home and studio. My wonderful Colleague Anna leads it with me and she stayed for the night. She and I debriefed a bit, reading through the participant's learning journals and then I told her I needed to do my mailart.
Totally empty. The place was not looking like a studio. It was cleaned up, YUCK, I pulled a magazine out from under the table - . Am reading The Shipping News so maybe that's why I was drawn to the words shocking frocks and saw shocking rocks... then I saw icebergs in the stencil that I hadn't managed to stow away before the session. I've not finished reading the Shipping News but imagine a parallel is the starting over thing too.
