It seems that whenever I am on holiday in Romania I always seem to end up picturing a dictator in one of my pieces. Today's dictator is the instantly recognisable Saddam Hussein, done in fineliner on a recycled postcard. The image was originally from Golgo 13, collected edition 1 on Viz comics by Takao Saito.
