
I'm on holiday at the moment in Romania and looking through the papers I found an article about salted cabbage which made me smile. I, like many in the west, assume that Eastern Europeans eat a lot of pickled and salted cabbage, so it made me smile to read an article that starts with, in Romanian "As if you needed another reason to eat salted cabbage, it;s now been found to be good for your circulation!"
