I see it's Dundee cake! Is that a traditional favourite? My daugher made a sticky toffee pudding the other evening. Apparently that is typically English.

Dundee cake indeed! I was in Dundee two days ago visiting my parents and it's where I grew up. Didn't have any actual Dundee cake while I was there although I did eat some cake while in Dundee so maybe that counts!

Oddly enough it could also stand for Dutch Almond Cake because the too look very similar.
