Thanks for visiting Mailart 365. This site is an archive of mailart produced by artists doing mailart 365 from December 2010 to August 2016. As of July 2016, we moved to a new and more modern site at www.mailart365.com. Come on over and check us out thereThe Queen's favourite yoghurts & friends 22 July 2011 (#148)

These "stamps" (they're reprints, not actual stamps)were taken from the remnant of a Stamp Prestige Book in which a sqaure was cut out so you could see through to the next page. In the Prestige Book I think it was just another stamp image(a bit too serious!)so here it was too good an opportunity to miss filling it with a Moshi monster who also appears on the yoghurt on the bottom right. The frog and star came from a Sky broadband advertising leaflet while the yoghurts came from an advert board strip packed in with a different pack of yoghurts - all very much recycled to produce this piece.

A Royal endorsement, eh. Does that frog turn into a prince?

Her Majesty personally endorsed it all! The frog will turn into a prince but only after being sent through the post...so I'd better get this sent sooner rather than later!

This is great - the stamps are so pretty, the frog is fun, and the yogurt is named "Love!"
