3 June 2011 We adopted a 2 year old pure bred 95 lb white labrador retriever on Saturday. He was 110lbs when the shelter got him and needs to lose about 10 more lbs. Sunday's newspaper had about 6 strips devoted to dogs for some reason. I used the background of our new dog Raleigh's nail clipper package and the tag from his new chew toy. He is our only pet and with all his energy and my 3 year old daughter this is all I can handle. Of course he is supposed to be cared for by our 14 year old daughter, so I shouldn't have to do too much except play with him.
