A few years ago I was diagnosed with hypertension, not uncommon for people at my age. But, it was a warning. I careful about what I eat, usually. I should be more careful. I like big gooey breakfasts. Good thing I don't have time for them on weekdays.

And I'm sitting here eating a fried banana & peanut butter sandwich! Ouch!
