One of the things about getting all my comics from the library is that I don't always get to read all the series I like in the proper order. After helping put together the Little Big Stories exhibition at Pimlico library, I've managed to talk them into buying some more Usagi Yojimbo, so they finally got issue 1 in to the library and this is the first picture you come across when you open it, done by me in fineliner

Thanks Sue - Usagi Yojimbo is actually an American comic, but is drawn by Stan Sakai, who is Japanese. It's a real homage to the classic samurai manga comic Lone Wolf and Cub, but features anthropomorphic characters who are too cute!
