She is not as tiny as she seems here. This started as a project for a return piece to Gabby and since I had loved the sewing she did on the piece she sent me, I decided to pull out my sewing machine. I used primed canvas, as a substrate and had hoped to send it through the mail; sans envelope. It turned out a little too big though and after I added a few embellishment (feather, charm, fabric), I figured it had to go in an envelope. I do intend to experiment more with sewn mail art, now that the machine is sitting out. ;-) Click on the figure for the details.
