Made while in Vietnam on honeymoon, this one is winging it's way to Postmuse directly from Vietnam.
We drove mopeds 3 times while out there. The staple transport of most Vietnamese, the reliable "Honda" (Honda got there first and, like Hoovers, most Vietnamese now use the generic term "Honda" for all mopeds) is a versatile beastie. We would see people go to work and play on them, transporting everything from chickens and dogs (3 sat on the back of one - what a sight!) to full size fridge dreezers and families of 5!
I had never driven one before going to Vietnam, but, given I speak Vietnamese, I took a 10 minute crash course and we were good to go!
Only had one notable accident out there with my moped, and ended up in a pond. That story is best told face to face, but a great time was had by both!
