Mailart 365 has moved
Thanks for visiting Mailart 365. This site is an archive of mailart produced by artists doing mailart 365 from December 2010 to August 2016. As of July 2016, we moved to a new and more modern site at www.mailart365.com. Come on over and check us out there#140 - Coffee Class
This weekend Greg and I are taking a coffee class where we will learn how to make the perfect cup of coffee without a fancy machine. I've been using Keurig single serve coffeemaker, but it uses plastic pods to hold the single serve coffee and I'm use too many of them to feel good about it. They are not recyclable. Besides, I know coffee from freshly ground beans that were harvested by someone who is getting paid a fair price for the beans is better for everyone. I hope I'm a quick learner and this time next week I am brewing my own single serve coffee without a fancy machine.

And charlotte is really getting into your bunny foods mail art. She's finding all kinds of bunny things and keeping them in her american girl box until we mail them next week!

My husband has some kind of coffee press thingy called an AeroPress. It's made in the USA by the same people who make Aerobies (the flying discs).

The only thing that gets thrown away is the microfilters, and even those are reused quite a few times before putting them in the compost (with the grounds).
