Another one of those rather unusual days of the year where if you are fed-up of winter(and who isn't!) then you should go outside at midday and shout "Hoodie-Hoo". This is supposed to banish winter and herald the quicker onset of spring! I have to say that I didn't actually try it myself so this is my postal effort to do so.

I'd be willing to try a big Hoodie-Hoo but, it is snowing here yet again! We are supposed to get 3 to 5 inches. Your tulips are a welcome sight.
