Are they artistamps? They look like perforations on an envelope. Really neat effect

Thanks guys!! The stamps are actually from an ephemera pack that I found in Chicago, IL. They aren't artistamps, I'm pretty sure it's from an advertisement, but they were perforated. :)

I think the stamps are from my childhood. Does anyone remember S&H green stamps? Well, there was another kind of stamp too. (We had to collect both kinds, of course, and it was my job to paste them into the books.) Well, that's what I think they are. When you had ten zillion, you could redeem them for a toaster or something. America is something!

Here's a little more info on the stamps. They are Top Value stamps, redeemable, back in the 60's for merchandise...
