We interrupt this alphabet for a Snow Day. Elena has my highest respect. Quilling is difficult. Letters are sketchy, and the glue... well, I'm getting new glue.

Tell me about it Sue! I was at it for half an hour and only managed to make a mess. That last one she made with scraps, I saw her put together without any special kit and I can say now that I finally see how good she really is

This is pretty for a first Sue. Quilling needs a lots of patience and steady hands, but everything is difficult when you learning. And you started with a difficult one anyway as is harder to stick a single strip than a rolled one. You need PVA glue as it's drying clear and a fine tip to apply it (you can use a toothpick). I'll put a tutorial on how to quill on my blog this weekend and you can drop in and see what you need and how to do it.
