The photos decided it for me. When I saw the photos, I knew I wanted to use them in some sort of a thematic series, and the first thought that popped into my head was that during this time, Jack the Ripper was walking the very streets that I was looking at.

what made you choose to do jack the ripper?

Very cool. I love the concept of Jack the Ripper. I have always been interested in him and why no one knew what happened.

And I think it's so eerie that he was actually walking these very same streets at the time these photos were made!
