1-19-11 Picasso in the House

This is probably one of my favorite pieces I've ever done. It came together beautifully! I found the red banquette & combined with the wallpaper & lights, gave the feeling of a 1920s lounge. The two figures in the work are from Picasso's 'Reading the Letter' (1921).
