Mailed to Truman Bentley Jr.
Yesterday was the first day of Mailart 365, and while others have been bursting with excitement, I was feeling utterly fatigued. I started a daily mail art project 7 months ago, and I never thought it would take up so much of my time and energy. Don't get me wrong - I'm so happy that I started it, and I have no intentions of stopping. But at the same time, I can feel my energy and some of my enthusiasm flagging. So I'm happy that I have joined this project, and by extension, joined a community of people who are going through the same experience.
As for the image itself, I have been experimenting with how little you can show of a person's face and still get through a feeling of personality.
Mailed from Montreal, Quebec.

We'll all probably be feeling that fatigue in 7 months time. It's really useful to know in advance though and it doesn't look like it's dimmed your creativity at all Keira

Aw, thanks Andy.
I think some of the fatigue also comes from moving to a new country, setting up house, and starting a new job. (which strangely coincided with the start of mailart 354.)
As a sidenote - do you know why my post is on a lighter background? I can't figure out how to fix it.

Yeah I reckon that may have something to do with it too Keira!
I'll take a look into the background thing as soon as I get to my desk. I did notice it before but thought it was your idea!
