A while back Keira Pannell suggested I try to expand my sticker technique to do something with lines.
I have to be honest, I wasn't quite sure what she meant, but I started this piece on the 23rd with the intention of cutting lines away from the sticker. The intention was purely to cut out Elenas outline then have radiating lines. However, I got a little carried away and decided to add wings to her with outline and also use the bridge in the background.
I finished this piece on Christmas day, stuffed to the eyeballs with duck, Elena now in possession of a pair of wings and everything.
I'm not sure if I quite done what Keira was suggesting, but I don't mind. It worked out alright.

Thanks! I was really proud of it. I took the wing shapes from a website and used tracing paper over my monitor to achieve the effect. I just wanted to give her wings and see what she'd look like.
