78/365, handmade envelope from the USA Philatelic catalog, sealed with washi tape & glue stick. Sent to my grandparents in Florida. (The vintage Walt Disney stamp is for my grandfather, and the Florida bird stamp is for my grandmother.)




79/365, handmade security envelope with a bird theme & strategically folded newspaper articles about birding peeking out. Vintage bird-related postage, bird deco tape, and a bird on the address label complete the outside. Sent to my husband at work (which is why it's as tame as it is).

This is what happens when you get a boiler repair bill, you go to pieces and numbers/eyes fly all over the place!

Made while the girls were doing homework and making mailart of their own, keeping inside and out of the cold but will have to venture out there soon!

I have put these leaves below a window from a security envelope backed with ledger paper. I'm really liking it so I hope the USPS lets me send it and doesn't quarantine it. We'll see.
