August 2, 2011. Found this bird in the Sunday news magazine and added
a few sandpo circles. This is sent to "E" in France for his mail art
project: "Send me your soul". And that's how my soul feels, like this
bird: in-flight and free!

188 of 365.  Another one I dearly love.  I ripped a lot of paper in the course of the move, in an attempt to hold on to only those pieces and bits I felt sure I'd use.  Just having good stuff in your hands can create good stuff on the paper.

A few adverts rejigged in the mailart way to advise, Everybody Avoid Interference Inspiring - I even think those bees have been paying attention!

I had to resend a Christmas in July card, cause it was returned to me by p.o. - I had cut an unused stamp from an envelope, and they detected the tape that was holding it on - illegal!!!
The cops were here, and everything! (Not really...:)

August 1, 2011. KALO MINA! A New Month and here we go
down-the-home-stretch, getting closer to Number 365! This collage is
made with elements that Mim sent me some time ago in the little brown
mini-envelope that became part of the collage, too..and a bit of
sandpo, of course!

187 of 365.  The generic version of the card.  I'd mailed a pile of them before it struck me that I could alter the appearance of each quite easily.

186 of 365.  This one shows one of the barns in Ohio that's been painted with a massive quilt square.

I wanted to use the pink dolls house image from the GPO(General Post Office, what Royal Mail used to be called) Christmas 1968 First Day Cover so I added wrappers from two chocolate indulgences I recently had and teamed them up with further bits and pieces from various magazines, books and packaging.

So nice to be back in America's bicycle capitol. I saw a wedding party yesterday driving along the bike lane in eight pedicabs! Beautiful!

Lookout, I scored a sheet of vinyl stickers reading "GIVE WAY TO OUTGOING TRAFFIC". They'll never be a street sign now, better each letter will adorn a piece of mailart!!

July 30-31, 2011. Some "deep purple" Summer Sandpo Greek Islands. One
is sent to Marcella in Argentina and the other has 26 Peace Cranes for
Japan! Keep making Peace Cranes, liketelevisionsnow needs 1,000 to
send for good wishes to Japan.

Here is the last of mabb's photos artistamped in the Positively Postal way - thanks for taking all of these wonderful photos and if you (or anybody else?) fancy taking more when you get the chance then please do go ahead!
